जिस भी कैंडिडेट ने NTA NEET UG यह फार्म भरा था वह अब 14 अप्रैल 2020 तक अपनी एग्जाम सेंटर को चेंज कर सकता है अपने डिस्ट्रिक्ट के हिसाब से उसको जो भी करनी है अपने मर्जी के हिसाब से एनडीए ने दिया एक मौका अपने फार्म में करेक्शन करने का।
